Although we train more than 1,000 people every year, we limit class size to 10 participants – ideal for maximum instructor interaction and collaboration with fellow students. Instead teaching a handful of specific repair techniques, we explain how each unit works so that graduates have the knowledge to troubleshoot any problem, not just a few common failures.
EACH student works hands-on with the printer, learning:*
• Printer features
• Laser theory
• Color theory
• Paper path
• Menus and specialty modes
• Tear down with emphasis on common failures, symptoms and solutions
reassembly to working condition
*Not applicable to the MFP Fundamentals course.
HP/Lexmark Certification
Parts Now! Hands-on Courses fully prepare participants to take the tests required for HP & Lexmark authorization. Students attending training and passing all tests will earn a Parts Now! Certificate of Achievement.
Class Schedule and Location
Classes are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Parts Now! training facility in Middleton, Wisconsin – just a few miles from the Dane County Regional Airport in Madison.
