Is it the network or the printer? This is a common question from both IT and service techs as they point at each other with the customer in the middle. This course will address network, USB and parallel communications on the common Microsoft operating system and network. We'll look at how to set up a printer on a network, address common problems and mistakes, and of course, their solutions. Best of all, we'll look at how to isolate and prove whether it really is the network or the printer.
